I'm Dan, a Sound Designer and Field Recordist working across varying mediums from Film and Animation, to Artistic Installations, and  Video Games.

 

My work has allowed me to combine a passion for audio with a love of exploring the natural world around us. With my field recording, I am constantly searching for areas of the world where I am able to escape human influences and become truly immersed in the wild. 

Through recording and editing nature's soundscapes, I have become all too aware of the effect human development has had on the planet, and the difficulty we now face to find areas truly wild and untouched. 

 
I feel extremely fortunate to be able to spend time in such stunning and tranquil environments while being able to use these recordings to bring an element of that experience to others through the projects I work on.
